Ultrasound can provide accurate and detailed information on abdominal and soft tissue other organs. At Warners Bay Vet we are fortunate to have a modern Toshiba ultrasound machine to aide in the diagnosis of many conditions. Some of the uses of this equipment include pregnancy diagnosis, precision guidance for percutaneous sampling of abdominal masses and effusions, or the examination of tendons, tumours and periocular swellings.
Referral for more complicated examinations and cardiac ultrasounds can also be arranged.
